Why We Love This Place
Just take a look at this beautiful sight...!

There are so few people who boast tallowed-fried, seed oil-free or sourdour anything and actually serve real food! Especially not here in Northwest Arkansas. The owner's name is Bobby and when he asked us how our food was, we told him we came because we saw those words on the Seed Oil Scout app. We were immediately friends. On a busy Friday night (St Patricks Day) he stopped, sat with us and told us how he won't serve anything that he wouldn't give to his kids.

We know that eliminating toxic food seems like a never ending cycle, but he is always learning and DOING something about it. He mentioned that he had contacted his tomatoes company about the sealing in the cans, he started making his own mayo just to avoid seed oils in the ranch dressing. They serve amazing desserts, like a mini campfire you roast marshmallows on, so we asked about soy and he had the ingredients in the back that had just arrived to make his own marshmallows. For every question I had, he had fixed it or was in the process of it. (Even the marshmallows! I did not expect that one honestly.)

I give this place all 5 stars for safe and tasty food.
We are so blessed to have places like this popping up more and more in NWA. His heart was in it and he understood that he can have a huge impact on a lot of people health just by changing to good ingredients, rather than contribute to their decline. Spread the word so all our favorite local places can contact Bobby and learn from him. Go support the crap out this place and this man's family, instead of the frankenfood just about everywhere else.
