We Found 100% Wool Socks!
Most wool socks have a decent amount of polyester or other plastics in them, but these do not.
Many people want cream in their coffee, but don't realize it's nots just cream. It's not some gnarly stuff in it to make it last longer, but its just uneccessary and its just another thing getting you a tad bit closer to get sick again. Let's swap out the Great Value Creamer and that nasty oat milk for something that actually benefits your body beyond just taste. I'd argue real cream taste much better too. It's an easy win all around.
Ok this one is so easy. Good cream is literally just cream. These days technically it should be organic. (Pesticides are in everything.) Anything else is not good. 99% of creamers are going to be homogenized and pasteurized, so if you can find one that isn't then you've done well. There's only one that we are aware of and it's at Akins, but nothing beats or is better for you than raw cream. Find a local dairy and try it. We'll have a post on that soon, if we don't already.
Here are two great store bought options. Aldi has Organic Creamer that we like to keep on hand, but Akins has some next level cream from Kalona Iowa called Super Natural. It's organic of course, but also pasteurized at a low temperature, it's not homogenized, so you retain the cream at the top and its from grass-fed cows. That's hands down the best you'll get at any store in Arkansas, due to ridiculous laws around milk.
Sorry to tell you, but that Oatley Oat Milk thats all the rage at the coffee shops is awful because it contains Rapeseed Oils which is an inflammatory oil. There are some that aren't terrible, but none of them are good for you. Check out Bobby Parish her and you'll see very clearly.
Creamer is just another one of those things we have most every day, so it's very important to make sure its a good one.
Joey Wellness shows us a great visual of whats inside this junk.
