Most wool socks have a decent amount of polyester or other plastics in them, but these do not.
The best thing you can do to your social media is make it work for you. Sure there is an algorithm, but that doesn't mean you can't make give you helpful information! In the health journey we find that almost everything is against us and it takes quite literally all of us to keep with the little tricks companies have been trying to slide by with to profit off our sickness. App like Instagram have actually been key to getting society on the right track so don't miss out on the good you can learn. You were just using them the wrong way. Let me explain....
I see that all the bad from social media comes from interacting with people like friends, family and from following people that frustrate you, but social media like instagram is a fantastic way to keep learning more about food, whats in it and what to keep out of your body! Control what it focuses on and save relationship for in-person conversations (that will save you 90% of frustrations with people.)
I recommend that you make a new account a keep it disconnected from any other accounts, don't follow anyone and be picky about who follows you. Then just follow and watch the video you want to watch, but to get you started with only good information follow these accounts and go from there.
We've chosen to just use Instagram, becasue it's still that all social media apps are a privacy nightmare. (So don't give it access to your microphone and you get adds about what you're talking about.) So don't choose too many, I'd go with either Instagram or TikTok, then you have less to check and you'll spend a lot less time on it. The goal is two-fold.
