Heavy Metal, Chlorine Detox Bath
Despite the chemicals in the tap water, this is how we enjoy a great detox bath after sticky situations.
I had no idea that most businesses around here need to be certified in CPR, but it sounds like there's only maybe 3 or so trainers in this area. Classes tend to be pretty boring, sitting at even as much as 5 hours long, but I recently met a swell fella name Coty Henry who is highly qualified and makes it fun. Saving lives is clearly very serious, but learning how doesn't need to feel stoic and tedious. I wont give it away, but the songs he chooses as the tempo for chest compressions always make people laugh a lot. I've watched them.
I took some images and video for two of his classes now and there are tons of laughs and smiles along with more serious questions. I can see how this could be very boring without the right instructor. In fact my wife Emily is a PTA in the area and she has had her fair share of long boring CPR classes, but I'm certain no one is bored in Coty's classes. Coty's smile is contagious and better yet, he's a brother in Christ so I really want to get the word out for him and his family.
This is kind of class has a potential to be very boring, but picking the right teacher can mean the difference in saving a life with confidence or passing on the opportunity out of fear. Coty teaches confidence in CPR and wants everyone to be able to have that feeling of saving someones life. It can happen anywhere, so it sounds like we should be prepared.
Since this is a requirement for so many places I thought it'd be worth passing this info along.
Here's how you can get in touch with Coty.
